Exercise
I try to get my cats to get exercise whenever possible. The more they exercise the more they keep engaged and the more tired they get
(the less amount of time they are running around at night.
Organic Cat Food
I tried to feed my cats extremely healthy cat food. I am always looking at the labels of the food and try to get the type at the time that I can (that can be afforded at the time). And when I mean “best”, I mean the one that has the healthiest ingredients .
I do my best to get cat food without carageenan and guar gum. I look at the top 5 ingredients and go from there.
